Returns & Refunds Policy

Complimentary items (gifts) are not refundable or exchangeable. No payment taken = no refund due.

Refunds/returns apply to paid items only, with proof of purchase.

Damaged on arrival? Email photos within 7 days of delivery; we’ll replace or refund the paid item.

Change of mind is not accepted for cosmetics for hygiene reasons.

Custom / made-to-order formulations: non-refundable once production begins.

Allergies & sensitivities: ingredients are listed; patch-test first. We can’t refund for reactions.

Address errors / non-collection: if the parcel returns to us, re-shipping charges apply.

Processing times: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank/card may take longer).

Order queries: quote your order number and contact us at gemma@gemmavendetta.com within 14 days of delivery.

Definition of Complimentary Item

A product provided free of charge (e.g., samples, goodwill gifts, promotions). Complimentary items carry no monetary value and are excluded from refunds, exchanges, and store credit.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact gemma@gemmavendetta.com regarding your return with proof of tracked delivery. Please include your order number with the returned goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gemma@gemmavendetta.com and send your item to: Gemma Vendetta Cosmetics, U1/7 Edward St TANUNDA SA 5352

Shipping
To return your product, please contact gemma@gemmavendetta.com regarding your return and proof of tracked shipping to: Gemma Vendetta Cosmetics, 21 Third St NURIOOTPA SA 5352

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
